By booking a My CSL service using this website, over the phone or in person, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
A booking will be deemed to be complete once a confirmation email has been sent, or if made by phone, by a reference number being supplied. At this point, all terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted.
The MyCSL office is closed between midnight and 4am, if you return during these times our transfers are not available and customers will have to make their own way to the CSL office. By prior arrangement, vehicle keys can be retrieved from an external lock box. If no advance arrangements are made, vehicles will only be available for collection from 4am onwards.
Bookings taken by a third party supplier are also subject to My CSL’s terms & conditions as well as any additional terms & conditions set by the third party supplier.
All prices are quoted in UK pound sterling, include VAT and are subject to change up to the point of acceptance of your booking
Payment made by you will only be used to provide the service you purchased. Whilst every effort is made to provide parking services at the booked time, My CSL cannot accept liability for delays or Force Majeure arising from circumstances from beyond its control including but not limited to traffic congestion, access to the terminal forecourts, delayed flights and security alerts
Acts of nature are beyond our control and we accept no liability for them, please be aware that whilst MY CSL will do their utmost to return your car to you in the condition it arrived, we cannot guarantee that it will not return to you not as clean as it arrived due to environmental and other external factors.
Bookings through the My CSL website are deemed to be made when validated by the issue of a confirmation and a reference number.
Bookings made by telephone are deemed to be made when a confirmation is sent or a reference number is supplied
Only one promotional code can be used at any one time and are valid against standard bookings.
Once a voucher has been redeemed and any other cancellations against that new booking, you will only be entitled to a voucher for that booking should it need to be cancelled and no refunds will be given. Vouchers are valid for 24 months after they are issued. Unused vouchers will then expire and no refunds will be available.

Types of Vehicles not Accepted – My CSL reserve the right not to accept a booking and can refuse to fulfil a booking if on collection your car has no Road Tax or bald tyres as this contravenes the Road Traffic Act. We do not accept licensed taxis or licensed private hire vehicles. We will also not accept minibuses which have more than 8 passenger seats. Vehicles in excess of 3m in length maybe refused during peak times.
We also do not accept motorbikes
All large, commercial, and long wheel-based vehicles will be charged at an additional rate.
By making a booking with MY CSL, you confirm that your vehicle is fully roadworthy, taxed and insured. My CSL cannot accept any vehicles that are deemed to be unsafe.
If any payments are declined, My CSL reserve the right to refuse your booking
Any stay over the original reservation will be subjected to an additional daily charge of £10 per day. This must be paid before collecting your vehicle.
Full payment must be made prior to commencement of the booking
Bookings made through the website may be cancelled online through your account on the My CSL website up to one calendar month before the booking start date. Any request to cancel bookings after this time are subject to My CSL’s discretion and must be requested using the contact form on the website.
Telephone booking cancellations must be made over 24 hours prior to your booking start date.
If you fail to cancel a booking and the booking start time has passed no refund will be given
Once a booking has commenced, no refund will be given even if the stay is curtailed
Please inform us immediately of any delays or extended days parking via [email protected] failure to do so an admin charge may apply, additional days are charged at £10 per day.
All bookings are accepted subject to the service providers current terms and conditions. A copy of the service providers terms and conditions are available on request.
Your vehicle must have valid tax and comply with the Road Traffic Act. You will be held liable for any fines, liabilities and consequential loss we incur from a failure to do this. My CSL reserves the right to refuse your vehicle on the day and no refund will be given.
MyCSL parks the vehicles in car parks that are of high quality and owned and operated by MyCSL. Vehicles may also be parked for short term at Network house. MyCSL does not provide any additional insurance cover whilst your vehicle is parked. MyCSL will be responsible for the car only whilst driving it except where damage is caused by any act of negligence or lack of reasonable care and skill on the part of its servants or Directors. MyCSL will not be liable for third party damage whilst the car is waiting at the terminal.
Photo images are taken of your vehicle on passing over. This is executed in good faith for the mutual benefit of both parties to establish existing damage (if any) on the vehicle if weather conditions and cleanliness permit. Minor damage (scuffs, scratches, stone chips including alloy wheels) will not normally be recorded and accordingly MyCSL will not accept liability for such damage unless such damage is caused by negligence or without reasonable care by MyCSL. Any chips/dents or marks smaller than the diameter of a pound coin are considered the result of normal driving road conditions and will not be considered in a claim. Please be aware that it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that he/she thoroughly inspects his vehicle prior to passing over. We recommend to all Customers take their own digital photos of each side of their vehicle at the point of passing over the vehicle where these can be produced in support of any claim. This will take less than a minute by a mobile phone and will help substantiate any claim. Please ensure you have a point of location in the image.
Our Liability to You. Every effort is made to make the Car Parks secure and to collect and deliver the vehicles safely. The Car Parks are open-air surface compounds. Accordingly, MyCSL cannot accept liability for damage to the vehicles or other property arising from acts of God or natural causes or any causes beyond the control of MyCSL unless it is proved that MyCSL have acted negligently or without reasonable care.
Please be aware that whilst MY CSL will do their utmost to return your car to you in the condition it arrived, we cannot guarantee that it will return as clean as it arrived due to environmental and other external factors.
No liability for loss or damage to your vehicle including tyres, windscreens, mechanical and structural failures will be considered unless our employees have acted negligently or without reasonable care and skill.
Cars are parked at their owner’s risk in our car park. Claims for damage will not be considered unless due to the negligence of our employees or if they have acted without reasonable care and skill.
My CSL accepts no responsibility or liability for any theft loss or damage to any personal property or loose items left within a vehicle whilst it is parked unless caused as a result of the negligence or lack of reasonable care and skill of their employees.
My CSL does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage to the windscreen or any other glass in the customer’s vehicle unless caused as a result of the negligence or lack of reasonable care and skill of their employees.
All claims for damage should be reported before leaving My CSL’s site, whilst your vehicle remains within our care and control. You should make sure you check your vehicle before leaving the site and report details of any damage to a member of staff, MyCSL will accept no liability for car once the vehicle has been removed from our premises.
In case of any damage, My CSL will require three quotes for the repair to ensure impartiality. Upon agreement of the repairs, My CSL will arrange payment with the chosen garage upon completion.
We accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the key ring unless our employees have acted negligently or without reasonable care and skill. You must ensure you leave the drivers with the right keys, alarm fobs and instructions to start your vehicle and any consequential losses we incur as a result of failure to do so will be payable in full by you.
Our insurances cover our legal liabilities and vehicles and contents are left at owners risk.
If any of these terms are found to be partially or wholly illegal or unreasonable then they shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which will continue.
These terms are governed by English laws and subject to English Court jurisdiction.
If you need to amend or cancel your booking prior to departure please contact the booking agent, who made your reservation. Please check all booking details on receipt of confirmation. If you wish to cancel a booking please include reference number, car registration and details of cancellation or amendments and contact your booking agent.
Payment for a booking made by telephone or on our website can only be made using Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Maestro via PayPal.If payment by card is declined My CSL and the service provider reserve the right not to fulfil your booking.All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling including VAT currently at 20%.When a booking is made using an overseas credit card the card issuer will debit your account in your local currency at the exchange rate applicable on the date of processing. A conversion charge may be applicable.
A booking may be cancelled via the website up to one calendar month prior to the date for which the service has been reserved.Cancellations requested after this time must be made via the contact form on the website and refunds will be at the discretion of the management.If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of departure, no refund will be given.Any customer wishing to curtail the length of stay for a service, once the service has commenced, will be liable to pay the fee for the whole of the service booked.
MyCSL operates at Stansted. Keys must be left and your car may be moved to a different location close to the main car park during your stay. Cars are left at owners risk and all claims for damage must be reported before leaving the car park.
Any claims for loss or damage to vehicles or in relation to the quality of the service provided should be made to the service desk immediately.Any queries and claims relating to the processing of a customer’s booking should be made directly via the website or through the third party supplier you made the booking through.
